The DTZ-NTC Thermistor Automatic Testing System delivers a fully automated, end-to-end thermistor testing solution by integrating a multi-channel low-EMF scanner, precision digital multimeter, professional PC software, and constant-temperature oil/water bath. Powered by advanced algorithms, the system precisely accommodates various thermistor parameters, covering a wide range of operational scenarios. It supports complete automation from data acquisition to quality analysis, with built-in industrial-grade data analytics for standardized report generation and remote monitoring. Offering high reliability and scalability, it provides an efficient solution for sensor calibration, batch verification, and quality control in modern intelligent manufacturing.

Multi-channel high-speed synchronous measurement

Supports simultaneous measurement across multiple channels. Channel-to-channel data acquisition difference ≤ 1 mΩ; measurement repeatability ≤ 3 mΩ. Individual channel switching time < 100 ms. Ensures precision and stability in batch testing, significantly improving efficiency and consistency.

High-precision measurement compatibility

Fully compatible with high-accuracy digital multimeters and digital bridges (accuracy better than ±0.1%). Hardware-level signal optimization ensures resistance measurement errors remain tightly controlled, meeting the stringent requirements of precision electronics and industrial quality control.

Broad instrument compatibility

Supports seamless integration with various precision digital multimeters, enabling flexible adaptation to different instrument models and enhancing system versatility.

Precision temperature control

Utilizes PID control to achieve constant-temperature bath control accuracy better than ±0.1 °C and uniformity ≤ ±0.01 °C. Provides a stable, repeatable thermal environment for thermistor testing.

High-efficiency multi-batch testing

Supports up to 10 thermistor groups tested simultaneously, including mixed B-value parameters, for high-throughput and diverse application needs.

Quick standard reference configuration

Built-in database supports up to 9 standard references with stored parameters for one-touch selection—eliminating repeated calibration and improving operational efficiency.

Customizable data sampling rate

Flexible sampling frequency settings adapt to varying data-density requirements in different test scenarios.

The system provides real-time temperature-control curve display for clear trend monitoring, accurate temperature-field control, and reliable, traceable data.

Ⅲ.Product Features

Customized configuration of the inspected sensor:
Support the user to choose to set the thermistor model, instrument number, manufacturer, commissioned by the unit, customized information of a total of six items, support for mixed detection function

Intelligent management of standardizer information:
The system supports customizing the information of serial number, grade, specification model, manufacturer, factory number, traceability unit, certificate number, calibration date and effective date of the standard apparatus, and can program up to 9 standard apparatus information, and directly select the corresponding number when testing to realize the standardized management and convenient call of the standard apparatus information, and to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the calibration process.

Freedom of choice of operation:
The system supports actual operation and simulation, demo operation, simulation demo operation available when the software demonstration and learning, support to do more than 10 groups of thermistor testing at the same time.

Centralized management of detection temperature points:
The system supports free setting of up to 8 temperature points.

Intelligent monitoring and visualization of the whole process
The main interface of the system dynamically displays the current temperature of the standardizer, the set temperature, the temperature difference, the number of measurements, the reading of the digital meter, the temperature change rate, and the key parameters of the running time, which realizes all-around real-time monitoring of the testing process and visualization of the data and ensures accurate and efficient operation.

Dynamic tracking of temperature profiles
The curve interface updates the standardizer temperature in real time, and you can view the historical curve changes

Intelligent Data Management and Convenient Inquiry
Detection data can be automatically saved and recorded, and running data can be viewed in real time.Record table can record the collected data information of each inspected sensor and automatically calculate the temperature deviation.

Intelligent Computing and Reporting Integrated Management
Automatically calculate the action temperature error and generate test results and certificates, support certificate export, view, switch, retrieve and print.At the same time, the original test data is automatically saved to the folder, supporting export, view and reference, realizing the intelligent processing and standardized management of test data, and improving the efficiency and convenience of calibration.
